First off, we care only about bringing exceptional dogs into the world! Our breeding dogs are hand selected for  reasons of health, temperament, personality as well as color and size. They are also our babies whom we love dearly.

We adore each and every one of our puppies and we hand-raise them from birth. They stay with their mothers of course, but we make it our personal mission to help raise each puppy to ensure that they become the very best they can be. We keep them at eye level so that they socialize with people quickly and learn to love everyone they meet.  By talking to them and holding each one every day, they grow up loving human contact and truly become the most wonderful dogs. This hands-on process is what puts our puppies ahead of all others. They are unlike any other puppies you will ever meet ~ they're more like people than canines!

All of our dogs have registration papers and our main stud has been genetically tested. None of our breeding stock is related, where as, some breeders will breed a father with a grand daughter and still not call this inbreeding. A recipe for disaster if you ask us!  All of our puppies are purebred Chihuahuas; as that is the only breed we specialize in. Most come from Champion lines, have Show potential, or are just wonderful puppies to represent their breed! We primarily breed long-coats but we do have the occasional short-coat. We have all colors and markings (including Merle and Brindle). Most puppies should be in the 4 - 5 pound range when full gown, however, some may be smaller or larger. Puppies are weighed on a weekly basis and charted using the Chihuahua Weight Chart which is located on our website. Keep in mind that this is only a close estimate and adult weights may vary depending on growth spurts, eating habits, and genetics.

We take exceptional care of each and every one of our dogs. They are always up to date on their shots and vet exams. Each receive dental cleanings once a month as well as nail trimmings every other weekend. We monitor all our dogs nutrition for optimum health and follow a strict supplemental feeding schedule for all of our moms and moms-to-be. They also enjoy organic home cooked meals!

Our puppies and their parents have regular vet checks to ensure perfect health, and each puppy will have received their first series of shots prior to going home to their new home. All puppies will be extremely well socialized prior to going to new homes, and will begin potty-training using a litter box. If you purchase a puppy before he/she is 8 weeks old then we will begin calling him/her by a name of Your choice until the puppy is old enough to go home with you. Just let us know the new name you have in mind.

From the day your puppy was born he or she has been raised in the comfort of our home and as a result will be extremely well socialized with both humans and other animals. From the first week, your puppy will have been handled daily (and as a result shouldn't have some of the "scared  of  heights" issues that an unhandled dog may have). An abundance of socialization is key - especially during the first 8 weeks.

You may also be assured that your puppy has received premium nutrition as well as purified water since birth, and has been correctly weaned. Your puppy has also been "pre trained"( to a varied degree) in the correct use of puppy pads. Because we raise all of our babies in a calm human environment they do not bark excessively as a kennel raised dog might.

The puppy you select is just as important as the breeder it came from. Pet stores typically have very sick, inbred puppies which come from mills or inexperienced breeders. Pet stores also fail to nurture and socialize puppies the way they should be. That is why it's always best to purchase a puppy from an experienced breeder who fully understands the breed and cares for the puppies as if they were their own babies.
